Who is this workshop suited to?

Designed for people who are competent in controlling a camera and can (mostly) get decent images from any shoot. This is the course to ramp up your knowledge and application, taking it to the next level of visualization and application. You already have a solid working knowledge of photography.

This course is a natural follow-up on the Basic Digital Photography workshop.

by the end of the day

• You’ll have deepened your skills in shooting manually.

• You’ll have applied composition rules to strengthen your pre-visualization technique.

• You’ll have tried creative application of shutter speed and aperture choices.

• You’ll have had one-on-one instruction in particular problems you might be facing.

Minimum requirements

This course is for photographers with a solid knowledge of their cameras and photography. Ensure you have one or two memory cards as well as a fully charged battery. It won’t hurt to bring your charger or a spare battery.

You may bring a digital of any format.

Ensure you are prepared for any weather eventuality and have a hat and water.
